This self-hypnosis recording is the result of a partnership between a licensed hypnotherapist and a horse trainer. It is designed to be listened to before you work with your horse, with the goal of helping you make a shift from your busy life to a slower pace where you can truly focus on your horse. Less than 10 minutes long, it can be conveniently listened to right when you arrive to the barn. Doing so can help you to let go of any distracting thoughts, to slow down, and to relax, so that you will be ready to be fully present with your horse and enjoy the time that you have to share together.
