Daily Meditation

This brief Meditation is designed to be listened to in the morning as you start each day to begin moving towards positive changes in your life. Unlike our other recordings, it is not specifically horse-focused. You can choose to apply the intentions in the meditation to any aspects of your life that you wish to address.
